Tę kartę przygotowałam dla koleżanki, która odeszła na emeryturę.
Oto moja karta:
Wycięłem ze srebrnego lustrzanego kartonu klatkę dla ptaków za pomocą wykrojnika. Wcześniej przygotowałam sobie bazę karty, wykonując na niej wzór pisma gotyckiego za pomocą szablonu i tuszów DI.
Kartę wykonałam z myślą o koleżance, która przeszła na emeryturę. Więc pomyślałam, że ptak wylatujący z klatki to piękny symbol wolności, którą uzyskujemy kończąc naszą karierę zawodową. W każdym razie ja bardzo "wyzazdraszczam" jej tych możliwości, które się przed nią otwarły.
Ptak jest jednym z wielu wykrojników znajdających się w tym zestawie. Wycięłam go z papieru smużonego tuszami alkoholowymi, dodałam odrobinę szczegółów flamastrami.
Klatka przyklejona jest klejem bezpośrednio do bazy karty, ptak został przyklejony jest za pomocą pianki dystansowej, aby dodać wymiaru. Kartkę wykończyłam czarnym banerkiem z sentymentem PODZIĘKOWANIA.

Such a clever idea indeed to use the symbolism of the freed bird for the retired friend! It's a beautiful design and the bird is so pretty too! When my husband retired a couple of years ago, this is pretty much what it feels like...not being caged to a job any more! LOL

What a brilliant retirement card Bozena! I love the idea of the bird flying out of the confines of the cage into who knows what adventures! I love the cage cut out of silver foil and the bright bird popped up on dimensional tape and the stenciling that brings everything together. Vicky x
